Day 6 November 13, 2011 Rome
Happy year and a half to Jamey and I! It was fun to spend it in Rome. Wow what an amazing city, I have heard about it my whole life. It was fun to finally see it!

Inside the Colosseum, you can see the replica of the wood stage, and underneath is where the slaves, gladiators and tigers would be!
They restored some of the original seating (all of the white marble)
Being down on ground level was kind of creepy
More of the original pillars

The Arch of Constantine
Definitely worth the 20 euro each to go in the Colosseum, such an old structure and a lot of good / evil things went on in there.
Jamey trying to be hip like the Frenchman next to him

Part of the Roman Forum, we couldn't get in because it was to late in the day, BOO! Check out the chariot and horses on top of that building though..
The beautiful Trevi Fountain.

We grabbed some Gelato and hung out around the fountain for a little over an hour, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and of course people watching!
