I was SOOOOO overdue needing another hair cut. I forget that when you have short hair you have to keep up on it or it's bad news. I went to someone new this time and I like it ten times better. She cut it exactly how I wanted it!

Fall in UTAH
Sunday October 6th was conference weekend and it was a BEAUTIFUL day. During the two sessions we took a drive up to Neff's Canyon to walk around a little. The colors were amazing.
Wellington has to point at everything!! We are obsessed.
Yep, didn't bring him shoes.. good thing he was at least wearing some socks. He was having a hay day finding dogs, they were everywhere.

Pre-Term Contractions
29 WEEKS
It all started out Thursday October 3rd, I had a few contractions in my tummy and they threw me off a bit. But, I remembered that my midwife told me that it is completely normal to get some contractions early so I didn't really worry about it. On Friday the 4th I went to Costco with my Mom and had a couple in my tummy again. Then they went to my back and that's when I started to get a little nervous because that is where ALL of my contractions were when I gave birth to Wellington. But I still didn't think much of it. Jamey came home from work and we went to dinner that night and I had a few more but nothing major. We decided to go to the temple and as we were doing some sealings the contractions were rolling in about every 5-10 minutes. We went home and I laid down for about an hour and a half and as I laid there they just got worse and worse. Quicker and quicker so they were a minute apart. I called my midwife and she sent me to labor and delivery. I had hit 29 weeks that day and I was pretty scared, this babe needs to cook a lot longer. They did lots of test on me and everything came back negative and the contractions started to slow back down. They couldn't figure out why I was getting them, so they gave me the option of some drugs to make them stop completely or to send me home to rest and try to get them to stop on their own. (As they told me this the nurse said how AWFUL the drugs make you feel) So I decided to go home and rest. That's what I did and they slowed down a lot. It luckily was conference weekend so I had Jamey to help me with Wells and we all took it really easy. I have been contracting ever since, all day but my midwife told me it might just be this way until the baby actually comes. As long as I'm not dilating at the same time I am OK. So I have learned to live with a knife in my back every 20 minutes, HA! I'm just glad I didn't get put on bed rest or anything like that.

15 Months
Sunday September 29th Wellington turned 15 months old.
WHERE DOES TIME GO??
I really think every stage is amazing, he is understanding so much these days. Literally I feel like every day he does new things that amaze me. I tell him to go get his monkey or his shoes and he comes back with the exact thing I told him to get. I'm obsessed!
Words he can say:
Uh-Oh
Momma
Da Da
Mmmm for the noise of a cow
Duck (gets so excited when he sees one anywhere that his voice goes to a whisper)
Bu for Bus
He is the light of our world! We went to City Creek for lunch last week and he was IN HEAVEN with all the Dinos. They really are his absolute favorite things so he was just running around and pointing at everything.
He found Jamey's missionary photo book and thought he struck gold because he loves books and to find his Daddy in the book was AWESOME! Every page was the same excited reaction.
This one was a double whammy cause his Daddy was in the photo and then he spotted Jesus.
Wellington waking up from a nap and snuggling for literally a minute.. We will take what we can get.

Happy OCTOBER!
Tuesday October 1st was honestly perfect weather! We decided to take a bike ride and go swing on the Rappleye's swing.
The leaves are finally starting to change and it is breathtaking!
Wells could stay in this for so long
Favorite time of year!
End Of September Randoms
Where did September go? It really went by so fast I can't even believe it. Wellington's love for books has come out to the fullest this last month and I really love it. He wants anyone and everyone to sit down with him and show him every single page. When I make dinner he will come in the kitchen and back up into me to sit on my feet then he motions to me to sit down. I love him!
Jamey's schedule always changes with new semesters and this one (his last) he goes to school in the morning then works til late. So we used to take dinner to him at school but now we are taking it out to work. It's so fun and Wells loves every minute of exploring his office.
Yahoo, the newest addition to our family, Josie and Devin had their baby girl, Myla. She is a doll and so tiny and so precious. Congrats!
Giant man in his crib.
Thanks Mel for these adorable jammies, we are wearing them as much as possible.
Delish!
My cute niece Ashley was in a production in Herriman and she played Tigger. We went out and watched her. She did a fabulous job!
New cute little Vans for Wells. (Knock-offs from Wal-mart)
I made this cute bow tie for Wells. He wore it to church the other day and I was obsessed.
Riding skateboards with cousins.
My new attire for giving birth in December, I'm so excited to have another baby and can't wait to do it all over again!
Dinner with some of our best friends, the Walkers. It's so nice to always have friends you can count on to be there for you through the good, bad, and ugly. We love you Jordan and Mandy!
28 weeks pregnant and feeling GREAT! Is it bad that sometimes I forget that I am pregnant cause I feel so good? (obviously then I look down and realize that I AM!) But I even feel better this time than when I was pregnant with Wellington.
