December Happenings

Oh how it has finally hit me that my days are numbered with just Wellington and I. It really is making me super sad lately, I take every moment I can get to snuggle with him and spend time with him. He normally isn't a snuggler/kisser but he has been these last few weeks.. maybe he can sense things are going to change as well. For what it is worth, I am soaking up every second of it. I love him so much!!

I finally tackled bleaching every single toy in the house! Wells was pretty sick a few weeks ago and with a new babe arriving any day, it was time. 

Thursday December 5th Wells and I went and watched Ashley perform at the Festival of Trees, Wellington was obsessed.

We finally got a nice big snow storm and we took Wellington out to play in it, he had a ball and was literally screaming when it was time to come in.

My Mom is the cutest Grandma around. With Christmas being an on year with the Slater's she has got all her toys ready for all her grand kids. She got this farm out specifically for Wells and Bennett.

Wellington's 1st Time Skiing

We took Wellington up to Alta to go skiing for the very first time. It was an absolute success. The sun was shinning and we just rode that tow rope over and over again. So great that it's free cause Wells didn't last too long. It was about 30 minutes, the poor boy got tired. It was such an amazing morning for Jamey and I, it was one of those moments that we were like oh yes, this is one of the many reasons we have kids.. to show them all the amazing things in life to ENJOY!

37 Weeks

I turned 37 weeks today and this is such a special day for me... I delivered Wellington and 37 weeks due to Toxemia. It's just so crazy that this is as far as I made it with my first. I won't ever forget all the emotions that came with having to give birth early and when I was sooooo planning on going over it was quite the shock. Wellington also turned 17 months today which is ironic! 

So three weeks left to go (you know I'm planning on going over again) but I am sad because I haven't been taking regular pictures of my belly bump this time around. This is a bit of an overload but I need to document.

We went to the Jazz game that night for our date night and had a blast. Sucks it's a blurry picture.

Thanksgiving 2013

We had a very relaxing Thanksgiving this year, both Jamey and Wells were coming off of their sicknesses so we took it easy all morning and just stayed home. It was nice, they both napped and I got some cleaning done. Then we went over and said hi to my parents and took a few photos. This is Wells showing us what a Turkey does... We say GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE and he stomps his feet as fast as he can.

My belly is the best little perch for Wellington these days.

It was our on year with the Airhart's this year and the food was so DELICIOUS! This is Jamey and Wells about to get there grub on, Wells is also obsessed with his Turkey Bib.

I am so thankful for these boys in my life, they honestly bring me unspeakable joy every single day. I can't wait to add another one to the mix!! I am blessed.
