LeSueur's Visit

Sunday January 28th
Jamey started out the day giving a WONDERFUL talk in church. It was powerful and so heart felt.
Steve and Mar got into town at about 4 pm. They were in San Antonio for the Crown Council event, kidless, and drove up to visit us. They could only stay for 24 hours so we had an agenda. Steve felt as though he really needed to dress the part.. full on COWBOY since he was in TEXAS!

I love when I have visitors on Sunday for dinner! It makes me so happy to have Sunday with family!
Steve again got really into character in the back yard with the boys. "Hunting our food down for dinner"

 Monday
We were ready to cram as much into our day as possible!
First stop Buc-ee's.. it really is quite the experience!
They have the best house made beef jerky!

Then we got into a fender bender.. we were on our way to the Stockyards to see the cattle drive and we were driving through a strip mall parking lot, when BAM! A lady decided to turn right in front of us to park. It wasn't bad but it just slowed us down and we only had a good 24 hours together.

 Torchy's Tacos for lunch

 Hopdoddy's for a shake!

We said goodbye and I couldn't move, I had to lay in bed for a little. I had great company. We were sad to say goodbye to Steve and Mar.. it was too short and we felt robbed. Hopefully they can come back with kids next time.

The Pantry

January I finally took on a project that I have been wanting to do for YEARS now. I finally invested my time and funds and went for it.. I wanted a custom organized pantry. I think I spend 90% of my day in the kitchen so it feels amazing to have everything organized and it makes me happy now to open my pantry door.

And my baking cabinet got a face lift
If I had myself a silhouette I'm pretty sure my entire house would be labeled head-to-toe!

Date Night For Steph

Saturday January 20th
We went out on a triple date for Stephanie's Birthday, dates with this crew are nothing short of amazing. It's so great to have good friends here in Texas and that they are my NEXT DOOR neighbors! What, how does that even happen??
Serious BLESSINGS!

I'm always in charge of everyone's birthday cakes around here!

6 Flags Over Texas

Saturday January 6th
We waisted no time when we got home from Utah to get to Six Flags with our kids for the first time!
It was so amazing to see pure joy on their faces as they rode rides for the first time in their life. We honestly had so much fun, we couldn't even believe it!
The whole day was MAGICAL!
The first ride we rode was the swings, Andrew giggled his head off!
The Batman ride
So happy that my boys are such good friends, totally different personalities but they compliment each other nicely!

Jamey is good for about 1 ride then he is done, I'm not complaining, riding rides is my favorite!

He sang the whole song of "Rudolf the red nosed reindeer" perfectly!

What a FABULOUS day, I love this family of mine!
