All My Exes Live In TEXAS!

Thursday March 24th- Tuesday March 29th

DALLAS!

-THURSDAY-

We had to get up dark and early to catch our 6:45 am flight to Dallas. All the kids were seriously passed out, it was so hard to wake them. Scarlett's sleeping positions kill us!

Surprisingly everyone was pretty chipper.

The boys were obsessed with all of it, especially Wells.

Not one of them passed out like we hoped they would. [Typical] But the in flight entertainment was on point. All the kids did so great on the flight.

It was after the flight that the meltdowns started rolling in!

Getting us and all our bags out of the airport was a sight to see. Goose would not budge out of the stroller the whole time! Good for nothing loaf!

First stop, lunch of course! Deep fried avocado was so delicious!

We made it to the Airhart house!! Let the party begin. Jake and Jamey cleaning their guns.

That night the four adults left all the kids [7] and we hit up the town for a date night.

We ate a yummy dinner and chatted the whole time about the amazing woman that Grandma Ber was! Seriously the best woman EVER!

Then the real party began, line dancing at Billy Bobs, what a Texas treat!

Jake and Miss

-FRIDAY-

We had a nice and chill morning at home, Jamey had an on site visit to a potential client in Dallas so he was gone all morning. When he got home we pulled out Jake's bike and did some ridding! Yummy husband of mine, looks so good on that thing but will never be allowed one. HA!

Wellington and Drew woke up so they got some rides.

That evening right after dinner we headed to Texas Tulips. It was a bit of a drive up North and we were able to drive through the beautiful country side. Too bad we were about a week or so late for the tulips. They would have been amazing but we still found some pretty ones. 

This was the best row left.

 Found this cute basket to put tulips that your going to buy in but it also worked for a baby!

On our way out Drew fell in some mud, of course we had one wet wipe on us! And the mud was more like clay.

We stopped in a darling town called Denton on our way home to get some ice cream. 

The kids were in heaven.

-SATURDAY-

Our boys had a great time wrestling with all their big boy cousins. 

We headed into Dallas to go the the Perot Museum Of Science And Nature. It was super fun and our kids had a ball! Missy, Hadley, and Hagen had to stay home because Hadley was sick. Such a bummer!

That night we frosted mini sugar cookies. Missy has some awesome traditions and we were so happy to be apart of them.

The true meaning of Easter had my mommy heart so FULL! Because of him, I get to call these children mine forever. My Mom always says, "even though your kids are sealed to you, you only get them a short amount of time." Because they will grow up and start a family of their own... Jamey and I are really taking in every moment with them. They bring us so much joy and I love them so MUCH!

-MONDAY-

Yahoo, we drove to Waco Monday morning and got to see Magnolia Market. I love Chip and Joanna, they are the cutest. The silos were everything I dreamt of.

We got their pretty close to opening time and it was seriously packed.

Finally checking out, I got a bowl.

While the girls shopped the men were out playing ball on the turf. It's really such a family friendly place. So much more to do then just shop.

-TUESDAY-

Got up bright and early again to catch our flight. This time some of us got in some naps!

Such a wonderful vacation! So fun to see beautiful Texas and play with family! Thanks Jake and Miss for an awesome time and being such wonderful hosts!
