Thursday May 3rd - Thursday May 10th 2012. We headed back to the Mid-West for the Kansas City, Missouri Temple Dedication. Jamey served his mission in Independence, Missouri and he was on his mission when they announced they would be putting in a temple in the Kansas City area. He didn't want to miss this and it really was so wonderful to be apart of it. We decided to invite our parents and make a trip out of it, to show them where Jamey served and all the church sites that there are to see in his mission.

We stopped by the Mission home and got to spend some time with the new Mission President. He was such a neat man. The Independence Mission is the biggest Mission in the world right now.
We headed into Kansas City for the night.
