Scarlett Evaline turned ONE!
I am dying that year has come and gone. It's so fun having a little princess in our home. She made a really scary entrance into our lives and we were just so happy that she made it alive. And her poor little broken arm, I truly cried every time I had to hold it still to wrap it and could feel all the broken bones move inside her. She was such a little trooper. I asked Jamey to sum up the last year of our life in one word... He thought for a while and then said, "TRAIN WRECK!" He totally nailed it! It's true that the last year has been the hardest year of our lives, but at the same time the most rewarding. Three kids is crazy, but Scarlett is a DREAM.
She smiles all day and every noise that comes out of her little body is high pitched and dainty, like a true little girl. She is our chubbiest baby so far. She points to everything. She is obsessed with her Daddy and says, Da da, and uh-oh. She has 6 teeth- 4 on top and 2 on bottom. She loves to dance. She nods yes for things and it is seriously the CUTEST. Her mouth is smiling while she does it. It's mostly about food because she is so chubby. She hates eggs but other than that she loves everything that I make her. She crawls everywhere and will stand up on command but will not walk. She can go up and down stairs. She gives the best loves but isn't much of a kisser. She still takes 2 naps a day and sleeps all night. [My best sleeper] We seriously are all smitten about her.
